Return & Refund Policy

Customer experience is of paramount importance to us. We offer a 100% refund policy of up to £35 for first time customers on our Online Store. Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Non-returnable items / Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for products where the packaging has been torn open. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer exchange of products in an order as long as the product hasn’t been shipped. Once shipped, we can not return or refund the orders unless for reasons as stated above.
